Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

Property not deeded

We purchsed our house 20+ years ago. When we purchsed the home, a split rail fence surrounded the yard and about another quarter acre which is not in the deed. We have maintained this property all these years. What is the law on having this property deeded to us?

Re: Property not deeded

You may have a claim of adverse possession but it is very fact specific and it nevertheless would require a court decision granting you the land.
