Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey
2c:291a and 2c:33-2a
I recently was arrested for these two charges simply because i got into a verbal shove brwl with a fisherman and the cops came right after when i went back to surfing i went back to my car and got changed a bike cop rode up to my car as i was pulling out and told me to stop and had his hand on my car so i stopped and asked me if i was out surfing and i lied said no and he took his hand off my car i took off and went home. My friend calls h got caught and told the bike cop where i was and told me they just wanted my name so i came back and got arrested which i figured.
