Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey

bankrupt or bust

I am trying to file on my own. I have purchased a kit from staples to do so. I have hit a few blocks. I cannot understand which form pertains to me. Are credit cards unsecured priority or unsecured non-priority? Please help me with this. Thank you!

Re: To get a lawyer or not to get a lawyer

Let me see if I understand this. You don't want to get a lawyer, apparently feeling that you can handle it yourself. You buy the forms and realize that you cannot do it on your own. So you seek a lawyer. Your problem is not so simple. You need to hire a lawyer, either to answer your questions and then file on your own, or to have him/her file the petition. Do yourself a favor - Call me or another attorney for an appointment. Good luck! Rob Gleaner
