defamation
Is it defamation of a business if I had a bad experience and I tell anyone who asks me? I also told the radio station where I got the business from and reported them to the credit bureau.

Truth is a defense to defamation.
It appears to me that you have stated the truth about your personal experience with the business.
You have even filed a complaint against the business with the Better Business Bureau.
Accordingly, it seems you have not made malicious statements.
