Hi, do i wanted to know if i can sue someone for a stolen ipod . Heres my story. I left my ipod at my boyfriends house and his parents went away out of state. My boyfriends sister got kicked out the house and when her parents left she sent her friends to break in and bring her belongings to her. Only they also took my ipod with them and a few other things that didn't belong to her. I also have a saved conversation between me and the sister of her stating that her friends did infact break in and she didn't go with them to know if they took it. Can i sue her friends for stealing my ipod??
