Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Legality of it

A police officer issued a summons to me in passaic county of NJ. However, he also mailed to me a ticket with driving while suspended charge.

My question is this. The parking summons was issued per ticket, 12:05 pm. The mailed ticket per ticket, was issued as of 12:15.

I saw him running my plate number on his computer in his POV. Also, it was he who urged me to move on - meaning get out of his town. If he knowingly had me drive my car and issue a ticket, is that proper or even legal?

Thank you in advance.

I think that your analysis is interesting, but did you not drive your car to that location? I am assuming this is the case. There are some very good defenses available.

Call me if you like.
