You should definitely speak to an attorney soon, because this carries with it some driving and other penalties.

If you are a first time drug offender you can received first offender treatment leading to the dismissal of the drug charges. As for the dui charge, you need to confer with an attorney after he has obtained the police reports, including the reasults of the breath test results.

Call me if you like.

You are in a real mess...this needs some real attention by a good attorney who can minimize your exposure. What municipality/county are we talking about?

Please reply.

The marijuana and the paraphernalia (bowl) are both violations of the New Jersey Criminal code and could result in a loss of your driver's license, jail time, heavy fines, and having a criminal record. The alcohol charge carries loss of yor driver's license and heavy fines. The judge will not let you proceed on your cases without a lawyer, and if you can't afford a private lawyer he will appoint the public defender to represent you. Please call me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.- 908-272-0111
