Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Open container

About a week ago I was a passenger

in a car with some friends outside of

Atlantic city. We were pulled over and

there were open containers in the car.

The driver received a warning and all

of the passengers received open

container violations. I didn't have an

open container. I want to fight this.

Also I'm from PA, so I'm not sure if

that complicates things. I don't know

what to do.

Re: Open container

I understand completely...

I frequently appear in Atlantic City for PA residents (I work in Philly and Southern NJ), especially in cases that will impact driving privileges. My fees are reasonable, and I can even accept partial payment to get started. If you are interested, feel free to write back to [email protected] or call my office direct.
