Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Suspended license, any other options?
So it looks like my license will end up being suspended for 2 years. I live in NJ, and always have. Is there any option after it is suspended to obtain a license to use in other states? It appears, no matter what, driving in NJ will not be an option. But I live close to PA, so if I can drive there at least that would be something. Anyone know what states will issue licenses, and where I can drive with it?
