ticket for open container after and failure to report accidnet

i have a court date in aug and need to know what i am facing regarding my license because i carry a cdl license i was not the driver but i was in the vehicle at the time of the accident asleep, the driver ran and i dont have any information other than his nick name i was issued a ticket for an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and failure to report the accident i had no cell phone signal at the area of the accident to call it in can you please give me some advise reegarding this situation and my license

Neither one of these charges is very serious. Even with a CDL, you should be OK. It would still be safer to discuss it with an attorney. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.
