emancipation

I would like to know if once a child is emancipted, after dropping out of college, working full time supporting himself can he be re-emancipated because he started back at college but is still working full time and supporting himself.

The simple answer is sometimes. It all depends on the circumstances and how long a persiod of time is involved. If you are facing the renewal of child support in this situation you probably should see an attorney. You can call for an appointment for a free half hour consultation.
