Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

hi.\ni\'ve been married since june,2005 and we live in separate houses since 2007. my husband and i have no kids but he has 2 kids with somebody else wedlock. i had sheriff serve him the divorce papers at 3 different addresses in the past 4 months and they couldnt find him. he has changed his phone numbers and quit his job. i don\'t know what to do at this point,everytime sheriff department serves him the papers they charge me $55 and this is getting very exhausting. please help me out . thank you. maggie

You can keep chasing him, or get an attorney to help you. Should not cost a lot, if this is a 'chase him and serve him, and then he will not fight the divorce' type of divorce.
