I was incarcerated for 8 1/2 years while incarcerated I was

Can I get credit for child support if I was incarcerated ($96 a week)?

I was ordered to pay child support in the amount of $96 a week while I was in federal custody (8 1/2 years). Because of the $96 the arrears that I owe is very high. What can I do to get the arrears down.
