Can i stop my sons grandparents from seeing him if both me and my boyfriend dont want them seeing him?

Provided that they don't have some sort of court ordered visitation rights, then yes you can prevent them from seeing your son.

Grandparents have a statutory right to visit with their grandchildren, unless

they pose some threat to their welfare.

Yes. The Supreme Court of the United States in the Troxxel case stated that grandparents do not have visitation rights.
