termination of shared custody

if my sons mother were to move out of the county within the state, can i lose joint custody. i now spend time with my son, fours days a week.

It is possible. If you are on one side of the state and she is on the other, it could be difficult to maintain that.

Good question. You could, but moving out of county does no necessarily mean

the denial of equal time with your child.
