Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Currently my company A has stopped paying me as they filed for Bankruptcy. Now I am applying H1B with company B... and still working for Company A without paystubs.. I am currently at client site with a middle vendor.. except paystubs i have all other documents for H1B transfer. Could you please let me know my possibility getting my H1B approved

Hi,

In order to be granted extension of H1B status through Co. B., you generally have to show that you are maintaining your current nonimmigrant visa status. This is shown through recent pay stubs. However, if there is adequate explanation provided for failure to attach recent pay stubs with Co. B's H1B petition (such as bankruptcy of Co. A), the odds are good that the USCIS will both approve the H1B petition through Co. B as well as grant extension of status.
