Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

green card through nursing

I came here from Poland in 2002 as an au pair(exchange vistitors visa), after a year I changed the status of my visa to f1(student). Right now im taking nursing classes, which allow me to become a RN. Could you tell me, how long it might take to get a green card after i graduate my school and take the board test. What are the steps to apply for a green card as a registered nurse.

Re: green card through nursing

In a nutshell, once you finish your schooling, and if you obtain an H1-B sponsored visa, you could become eligible for a greencard thereafter within a few short years. If you would like further assistance in these matters, contact us directly.
