Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Can I help

I was previously married for seven years. At the time of marriage my husband was an illegal immigrant but I helped him get his residency. I am currently engaged to the father of my youngest daughter who is also an illegal immigrant. Once married am I able to help him get his residency even though I helped my first husband

Re: Can I help

It may come up as an inquiry but if we have enough evidence to document the authenticity of this marriage I do not expect that it will be difficult to overcome that burden. Feel free to contact me to discuss the case in more detail so that I may provide you a proper assessment of your case.

Sincerely,

Sameer Kumar

Re: Can I help

You will need to establish that the prior marriage has been legally terminated through a divorce decree. You must be free and clear to marry your current fiance.

You may email me for a consultation.
