Ilegal aliens

How can you become legal,without returning to your original country, if you have already entered the country illegally?

Difficult unless: 1. There is a change in law or 2. You have been in the US

for at least 10 years and have certain close relatives and apply in a

reomoval proceeding for cancellation of removal and the application is

approved by the immigration judge or

3.you or your spouse filed certain

papers with the then INS before 4/30/2001.

There is no straight answer to your question. It depends on each individual circumstances, such as how you entered US, where is your home country, and your previous and current family situation, etc.
