Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

immigration-citizenship

My wife has put a TRO on me (w/ false accusations of domestic violence ) a couple of weeks after she got her citizenship papers and wiped out our joint account. What legal right do I have to take action on her with immigration and custody of my 2 kids - I'm afraid she will try to run with the kids.

Re: immigration-citizenship

You need two attorneys. One to handle the family law situation and one that can handle the immigration one, unless you can find an attorney that does both. I handle family law and I can refer you to a good immigration attorney.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
