Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Can I legally work for two different banks in NJ at the same time? As a full-time entry level accountant at one, and as a part-time teller for the other? I am currently employed full-time, and want to work part-time for a different bank as well. I do not remember if I signed a "non-compete" form thing or not when I got my full-time job. I don't think I did. But could that be a problem anyway if the bank I currently work for (full-time) finds out?

If you signed a non-compete agreement with your current employer you will breach this agreement if you work for a competitor.

Perhaps you should find out whether you have a non-compete agreement with your current employer before you began work for one of its competitors.
