Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

If you own a condo and it is a given that the inside is basically the responsiblity of the owner/tenant, plumbing leasks, etc. and the outside is the responsibility of the association/management company who responsibility is it for damages caused to the inside of a unit as a direct result from leaks in the roof? Not once, but three times. The management company has told me they have checked with an attorney and they are not responsible!

Your problem comes from the leaking roof and should be covered by condo association insurance.
