Power of attorney

If i have given power of attorney to a family member, can I still sign documents etc without thier signature!

Yes, ordinarily you can still sign documents UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPRESSLY GIVEN UP THAT RIGHT AS PART OF A CONTRACT, ETC. This should have been explained to you when you signed the document.
