Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in New Jersey

My name is Sandra. I am a 24yr old student. I went to a oral surgeon for a routine wisdom tooth extraction, three days later I was in ICU with a Peritonsillar Abcsess infection. My medical costs are beyond my financial abilities to pay. I am a student, and am uninsured, �now I am overwhelmed that I would pay $534.00 for a extraction and later be fighting an infection in the hospital and now looking at a couple of thousand dollars in medical costs for a condition that I did not bring upon myslef. I need legal help. Do you think I have a case?
