Is it illegal to provide aspirin for employees?

As a malpractice attorney I can't imagine suing an employer who provided (or didn't provide)aspirin to employees. (This is my opinion only - another attorney may feel differently).

As far as 'legality', it is far-fetched, but in theory it could be viewed as practicing medicine without a license, if the employer is viewed as providing (or withholding) aspirin for a specific purpose.
