Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

Staph Infections

I had a c-section a over a month ago I wasn't informed what kind of infections until today. One was in my blood the other in my uterus which was discoverd a week later with abcesses. Iam currenty being treated for c-diff for the second time. I found out that my blood infection was a type of bacteria staph. Today my dr informed me my uterine infection was also caused by staph from my own skin getting in the wound. I was just told it was staph. I think thair is more to it then just (staph) Is it worth it to persue anything. Since it has taken this long to even give me answers. I was not told directly from the dr about my blood infection I over heard it when they were going over my history.
