Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

Hi... I was wondering if i had a lawsuit for my son, he was born and the nurses and doc all the room and he stopped b reathing my husband handed him to me and i screamed for help and as he grew up now 8 we realized he has some serious issues that are delaying him from being on his grade level and not being able to focus or remeber things. They are now being diagnosed.
