Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Do I need legal representation to speak on record at a NJ Supreme Court Appeal Hearing regarding a Township's Zoning Board decision? Either way, what are any past cases I can refer to?

If you are a named party in the case (you personally, not an organization) and you are not represented by counsel, you may arrange with the court to appear and present oral arguments in support of your written brief. You will find research materials at any good law library. /p/ See also: http://info.corbettlaw.net/lawguru.htm

I only have the little information that you put into your question and the following is presented as a general response to that question. It is not intended as, nor should be construed as, legal advice or opinion. Legal advice and opinion are provided by me only to clients who formally engage our firm.

I do not know your involvement in the case, but it is usually a good idea to get legal advice and representation. Sometimes representation is also required, such as where you are representing a matter on behalf of a corporation.

To get legal advice that you can rely on and use, please contact my office. I would be happy to help you with this matter.
