Re: Objects left in my house

Please be advised that I have not been retained to represent you and I am basing this response on the limited amount of information supplied. However, the previous owner should have cleared all his or her personal property out of the home prior to closing. Provided there ws no agreement regarding the property left behind, once closing occurred, the previous owner gave up rights to the property and anything on or inside the property. You attempted to contact the previous owner on a few occasions and there has been no response. It has been a reasonable amount of time and you need your garage. Therefore, if you wish, you may use the property or dispose of it.

Good Luck!
