Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

sexual harrasement at work

I am a waitress, my boss sat downwith his friends/customers and drank , when he got up to leave i was in the office doing checks. My boss came into the office and loudly announced how drunk he was, when he saw me he screamed my name and said he was so hard and huge, dropped his pants, no underwear, and put his penis and balls on the desk for me to see. I don't know what to do. Help

FIRST: You have to complain, in writing, to your boss and keep a copy of your complaint. Do this immediately.

SECOND: Record EVERYTHING that the employer does in response. If he talks to you on the phone, take hand notes, and summarize the phone call after you get off.
