Re: entrapment

Not entrapment, just your panic. In any event, you definitely need an attorney to avoid the disaster that

thirteen tickets can lead to.

Call me if you like.

Re: entrapment

Simple answer is no, it is not entrapment....harder question is how do you deal with the 13 tickets you received, getting a lawyer would be an answer. For a free consultation call me 7322862170 or email me.

Re: entrapment

This is not entrapment since you committed the first offense (speeding) in front of him and he had a right to investigate you after that point, and since you were issued 13 tickets you definitely need an attorney to represent you. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: entrapment

It is definitely not entrapment. I would imagine the tickets were for more than speeding. You definitely need an attorney to negotiate getting most of these tickets dismissed.
