Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I'm from New Jersey and I bought car down in Florida. The car has a windows tint on all windows, but in New Jersey it it illegal to have tint on front windows. Is there any way I could avoid ticket for having tinted windows? Can I claim that this is how it came from factory so I won't have to get tint off?
