enforcement of foreign judgement act

If a person secures a judgement in New Jersey courts, is that judgement enforceable against real property owned in New Mexico where I will reside later this year.

Yes, but not directly. New Mexico is required by the full faith and credit provisions of the U.S. Constitution to honor the New Jersey judgment. However, NM can interpose a judicial procedure to enforce the judgment. To learn what that procedure is, consult a NM attorney.
