Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Mexico

I am 16 years old and on probation. I was court ordered to not see a certain individual while im on probation. That individual is currently my 16 year old pregnant fiance. I do not believe the court has a justifiable reason to prohibit me seeing her. I want to get this stipulation removed.

You will need to return to court, explain your circumstances to the judge, and ask that your conditions of release be modified to accommodate visitation with your fiance. Do not be surprised if you are denied this modification, as having sexual contact with a female under 18 is a crime. No exceptions.
