Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Mexico

sexual harrasment against self

I am under investigation for sexual harrassment from former employees all of who are minors. they claim I either touched their breasts and/or their butts. No of this is true, yet how do i go about disproving these allegations? All the minors were either terminated for job performance, or quit of their own volition. Also, these minors are known as habitual liars because they lie to their parents about their whereabouts, and ask crew members at my store to lie for them. How do I prove they are trying to get revenge?

Re: sexual harrasment against self

Attacking their reputation for veracity is a good approach. If they can't be trusted in one aspect of their behavior, they should not be trusted in other parts as well. If you can prove that these former employees are generally liars, that will serve you well as to allegations of sexual harrasment. Good luck!
