You can both get married in the Netherlands and then your new husband can apply for your greencard on your behalf; but it'll take a while before you can get back in to the U.S.

Or, you can wrap up your business in the Netherlands while applying for the fiance visa; by the time it goes through, you should have things done; then you come to the U.S. and have 90 days to get married; after that, you can stay and apply for your green card then.

Feel free to contact me; I can handle the whole matter for you!

Good luck, and congratulations!
