Am I still required to pay on a judgement that was placed prior to my banruptcy and was included in the bankruptcy?

Re: Judgements

The general rule is no. If the debt was listed in your bankrupcy petition, then the court may dischrge that debt. However, there are exceptions. I can go over them with you easily. You are welcome to a consultation for no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th Street, NY,NY. Please call for an appointment first. (646)591-5786 or (718) 729-2029
