Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Answering a legal notice / lawsuit

My self and my company were recently served with a lawsuit by a lender of commercial mortgage.

The law suit is filed in manhattan county. My offices and real property are in kings county. My attorney filed for change of location notice to the lender's counsel and also in the court.

The answer to the original case filed in manhattan county is due in next few days.

Do we have to reply to that original law suit or wait for the court's decission of change of venue from manhattan county to kings county?

Ask your attorney. That's what he or she is there for. Why would you post this question here?
