In judgement can my wife's personal account be froze if my SS# shows? Can they freeze an account where my SS# does not show?

Any account that carries your social security number, or that at one time carried your number is vulnerable to attack. Close your accounts and reopen separate accounts. That said, if your creditors find that your money is being deposited in another's account, (by following your pay check or tax return) they can go after that as well.

Do not even pay your joint taxes from the same account. You can file jointly but pay from your account only or in share you and her. I would use a money order to bank check to pay.

All that said, why not work out the judgment or file for bankruptcy protection?
