Legal Question in Business Law in New York

franchise law

I need a boiler-plate (but comprehensive) contract for opening business franchises in NY, MA, DC, MD, CA and perhaps more. NY and MA are first though. can you help?

does each state need a diff contract?

This is an expensive undertaking. Each state's laws are different. You will need to prepare a UFOC and a franchise agreement. We can help, but be prepared to spend many thousands of dollars. Most other law firms charge much more, even hundreds of thousands.

Franchise agreements dont come off the shelf. Each state has different rules and regs in regards to its franchise laws, and many still use the UFOC.

This is an expensive and time consuming request. My office is capable of assisting you. But be prepared for the costs associated with preparing and completing the docs.
