You will first need to incorporate in the U.S. This could be a wholly owned subsidiary of your current company or partially owned in conjunction with U.S. investors. You would need to hire American employees or procure visas for current executives of the company to come and work for the U.S. branch. Then, you would need to address the import of the merchandize and enter into the relevant distribution agreements.

We work with foreign companies and have access to mufti-lingual attorneys and can certainly help your company expand in the U.S. Feel free to contact my office via telephone or we can set up a Skype call at your earliest convenience.
