suspend from selling at amazon market place

I was selling perfumes on amazon Market place as individual seller since last yhree years. and had over 1000 feed back at 95% positives.

I launched a own business web site after incorporation in New york.

My company opened a business account with amazon to sell perfumes on amazon.

amazon suspend my individual seller account on false ground. after several email they finally let me know that the suspend my account because I have another account.

They pointed out so many faults for me what I did on amazon. I have evidence that my selling was hurting amazon on selling of the same product. The are still using my listing and making commision.

I want to know what legal action I can take against amazon

This was my earning source for my family.
