Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

My brother was recently at a funeral home. During the viewing blood was coming out of his nose. They fixed it and then it came out the side of his mouth. They fixed it and then it came out of his ear and nose and mouth again. What legal recorse do we have.

See an attorney. Normally, NY is not the most liberal state for plaintiffs with purely emotional distress-type claims but there is a difference when it comes to issues such as you describe.
