Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Civil rights question

My cousin and I were attending a free public sporting event this past weekend. We were sitting quietly not bothering anyone. The security said uppermangement doesn't want you two ladies here and you have to leave. There was no reason given. We were not being disorderly. We left. Were our civil right's violated? Can you be forced to leave a free public event for no reason? This was embarrassing and humilating. Can you help us?

Re: Civil rights question

I'm sure there's more to the story than you have described here. If you care to elaborate, perhaps someone will care to answer.

Good luck!

Re: Civil rights question

We need a lot more information from you in order to give you any type of intelligent answer. Who sponsored it, why did they say you were unwanted, how were you embarrassed? Where was it being held etc.
