Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New York

demo lines

I used to work in the mobile phone business. My customer gave me for the past 9 years a free Cellular phone number to use. Does this customer/retailer have the right to share my bill with my spouse who is divorcing me? Can my cellular phone bill be used to proove infidelity?

Re: demo lines

If the phone belongs to the customer/retailer, the customer/retailer has the right to share the bill with whomever he chooses. If the bill was subpoenaed he may have an obligation. Telephone bills are often used as a way to establish proof of infidelity.
