subcontractor liens

What can I do if I paid my general contractor in full but he never paid a supply hous and a framing contractor. They both have placed liens on my home but I have paid my general contractor in full.

The general contracter was licensed but...

Payment to the GC is a complete defense to liens claimed by one who performed work for or supplied materials to that GC. However, clearing the liens will require going to court, and probably you will need the assistance of counsel. As a first step, however, you could try calling the District Attorney's office, as these facts indicate that the GC has diverted money away from paying trades, which is larceny under Lien Law Section 79.
