car lease
I had leased 2 cars, 1 undr my name the 2nd under my wifes name my wife passed away 5 months ago the money comes out of my checking account electronicly,and separatly i do not want her car,i have 1 yr left on the lease am i legally obligated to pa balance----what i would like to do is stop paing and let them pick it up---is it my responceability.
