Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

credit card bills

If the credit card company does not send a bill and then sends one the following month, with late fees and higher interest, do I have any rights regarding not having received the bill?

Re: credit card bills

The late fees and higher interest are pursuant to the agreement you signed with regard to the credit card. Not sending a bill does not aleviate your debt, interest or late fees.

Have you ever considered Bankruptcy.
