credit card judgements

an attorney office has frozen my bank account due to a past credit card judgement. I owe 12,600 I have 12,400 in the bank. They offered to settle for 10,720. Do I have any options or should I take the settlement offer?

Re: credit card judgements

You definitely have options!! Most likely you can have the judgment vacated and the restraint on your bank account removed. Then, depending on the facts of your case you may be able to reduce or eliminate the debt entirely. An attorney certainly can help you or you can try to resolve yourself. If you would like to discuss further please give me a call.

Thanks,

Jeff
