Phencyclidine
how much weight in new york state do you have to be caught with in order for this to a felony charge? my boyfriend was caught with less then a half ounce of liquid. So basicly what im asking is what weight is felony weight? He said it was less then 5 grams. Is that a felonly or mistamenor charge?

Felony weight for phencyclidine is 50 mg.
